Answers for using the marketplace

Browse concise guidance about property discovery, listings, communication, location privacy, and trust checks.

Searching for property

How do I search for a property?

Open the property marketplace and use location, purpose, property type, price, and other available filters.

How do location and maps work?

Listings can show exact, approximate, or private location detail. A map pin or GhanaPostGPS Digital Address helps describe location but does not prove ownership or title.

How do I save a property?

Sign in, open a published property, and use its save control. Saved properties appear in your account while they remain available for public discovery.

Listing property

How do I list a property?

Create or sign in to an account, open List a Property, choose your relationship and listing purpose, and complete the guided steps.

Why is my listing under review?

Submitted listings pass through staff moderation before publication. Moderation may check completeness, suitability, media, and marketplace policy compliance.

Can I change availability?

Yes. For a published listing, use My Listings to choose an allowed availability update.

Does creating an agent account verify me?

No. Account registration, listing publication, and Verification & Trust checks are separate.

Accounts

Where do I manage my activity?

Your account provides access to listings, saved properties, Enquiries, Viewing Requests, notifications, and other available account tools.

How should I protect my account?

Use a strong, unique password, keep authentication details private, and sign out on shared devices.

Enquiries & viewing requests

How do I contact a representative?

Open a published listing and submit an Enquiry. You can continue the conversation from your account.

Is a requested viewing automatically confirmed?

No. A request begins as pending until the representative accepts, declines, or proposes another time.

Should I share sensitive information?

Share only what is necessary. Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, or unnecessary financial or identity information.

Verification

What do verification checks mean?

Current listing checks independently cover authority to advertise, property location, property documents, or physical inspection. A badge applies only to its named scope.

Does publication mean a property is verified?

No. Publication allows a listing into the marketplace; each trust check is separate and limited to its named scope.

Does uploading evidence complete a check?

No. Authorised platform staff separately review supported property evidence and make scoped decisions. Official account-level identity verification is not currently available.

Safety

How do I report a suspicious listing?

Use the report option on a public property listing and provide an accurate reason for staff review.

What should I check before committing?

Inspect the property, independently review important documents with qualified professionals, and confirm payment instructions through a trusted channel.

Does a trust badge guarantee a transaction?

No. A trust badge does not guarantee ownership, title, property condition, payment safety, or a transaction outcome.

Contacting support

How can I contact DwellEzer?

The current public support channel is the telephone number on the Contact page. An online contact form is not currently available.

What should I include when reporting a concern?

Identify the relevant listing or account and describe the concern accurately. Do not send passwords, authentication secrets, or sensitive verification documents through ordinary contact channels.
