1. What to submit

  • Provide only property, authority, location, or inspection information needed for the stated check.
  • Do not upload a Ghana Card or other identity-card image.
  • Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated records.
  • Make sure you have authority to provide documents concerning another person or organisation.
  • Use the secure evidence upload, not ordinary contact channels.

2. Private access

Evidence is not displayed on the public property listing. Access is limited to the submitting/authorised listing participant and authorised platform staff through protected evidence routes, according to the workflow's access rules. Do not treat this as permission to upload unnecessary material.

3. Review and verification

Uploading evidence does not automatically verify the user, representative, property, location, authority, or document. Authorised staff make a separate scoped decision and may ask for more information, reject the check, or allow a status to expire.

4. Handling and retention

Evidence should be protected against public disclosure and used only for verification, security, complaint handling, and applicable legal needs. Operational retention and deletion periods require legal/compliance approval before production and are not stated here as Ghanaian statutory deadlines.

5. Problems with an upload

If you uploaded the wrong file or suspect unauthorised access, use the available secure removal option where permitted and contact the platform promptly. Do not resend the document through ordinary email, messaging, or telephone channels.

Contact

Questions may be raised with the pre-beta project team by telephone at 0201098889. No official public email has been designated yet. Do not send passwords or sensitive verification documents through ordinary contact channels.
