Trust & Verification Policy

DwellEzer uses granular checks so users can understand what was reviewed. Verification is never a blanket guarantee.

1. Scoped checks

  • Official account identity verification is not currently available and requires a future approved official-provider integration.
  • Authority to advertise: review of evidence showing the right or permission to advertise the property.
  • Property location: review of location-related evidence.
  • Property documents: review of property-related documentation.
  • Physical inspection: a record that a platform-defined inspection step occurred, where such a process is available.

2. Decisions and badges

Users cannot self-verify. Authorised staff control verification status. A public badge may appear only for a completed, current check and must be read together with its stated scope. Uploading evidence, passing format validation, or publishing a listing does not automatically create a badge.

3. Important limits

A check does not guarantee ownership, title, document authenticity beyond the review performed, legal rights, licensing, property condition, value, availability, payment safety, or transaction outcome. Listing-level identity history is legacy/manual history, not official NIA verification. REAC and organisation checks remain independent from identity.

4. Status changes

Checks may be pending, require more information, be rejected, expire, or be withdrawn when evidence changes or concerns arise. Status history is maintained for accountability. Users may raise a complaint or appeal a moderation decision through the available contact channel.

Contact

Questions may be raised with the pre-beta project team by telephone at 0201098889. No official public email has been designated yet. Do not send passwords or sensitive verification documents through ordinary contact channels.
