DwellEzer must not be used to deceive, harm, exploit, or gain unauthorised access to people, property information, accounts, or systems.

1. Fraud and deception

  • No false, unavailable, duplicated, bait, or unauthorised listings.
  • No impersonation or false claims of ownership, representation, licensing, verification, or regulatory approval.
  • No forged, altered, stolen, or misleading verification evidence.
  • No advance-fee scams, payment diversion, or attempts to obtain credentials or sensitive documents deceptively.

2. Platform misuse

  • Do not bypass access controls or seek another user's private information.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, introduce malicious code, or interfere with platform operation.
  • Do not scrape, automate, or reproduce platform data in a way that is unauthorised, harmful, or unlawful.
  • Do not manipulate reports, badges, moderation, reviews, enquiries, or viewing workflows.

3. Harmful conduct

Harassment, threats, discrimination, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, and content that creates a material safety risk are prohibited.

4. Action we may take

We may preserve relevant records, limit functions, pause listings, remove content, suspend accounts, investigate reports, or cooperate with lawful requests. Actions should be proportionate to the concern and may be appealed under the Complaints, Moderation & Appeals Policy.
