1. Content standards
- Show and describe the property being advertised.
- Use current, clear media and identify illustrative material where confusion could arise.
- Do not materially alter images to misrepresent size, condition, surroundings, or features.
- Do not include unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or unrelated content.
2. Rights and privacy
Upload content only when you have permission to use it. Avoid visible identity documents, vehicle plates, faces, children, access codes, security-system details, or other unnecessary personal/safety information. Private verification documents must use the separate secure evidence workflow.
3. Moderation
Media may be pending, approved, rejected, or removed. DwellEzer may resize or process public media for delivery and may request replacement content. Moderation does not transfer responsibility for accuracy or rights from the person who submitted it.
